Why Langley Needs NHS Support

Historic Growth

Langley village has existed for centuries and continues to flourish. Changing times and new residents building on history.

An independent parish by the 1630s and an industrial base by the 1930s, with companies such as Hawker Siddeley in place.

The GLC brought further expansion after the second world war and Langley Village has not stopped growing, with the census of 2011 showing a population over 8000.

A vibrant mix of people, who create a good place to live and raise a family. Langley Village is still expanding, deserving support, not least to ensure the best of health.

An NHS Pharmacy Matters

Good NHS doctors and dentists are vital to ensuring support is in place for local residents. Their services are enhanced if medication they prescribe is prepared by a professional pharmacist, available locally and available at times their patients need.

This is why Willow Pharmacy offers such a range of early and late opening hours. Langley and Slough residents are provided with convenient access and can talk to a pharmacist for further advice.

As any good pharmacist should, we add to this a number of NHS related prescription services, along with access to over the counter medicines and health care products. An NHS pharmacist is a core part of the system and offers more than just medication.
